Pumpkin Flip

INGREDIENTS
• .75 oz Kahlua
• .75oz frangelico,
• 2 scoops homemade pumpkin ice cream
• .75 Rye. Whole egg. Pumpkin ice cream:
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1.5 cans of canned pumpkin
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• pinch salt
• ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves.
DIRECTIONS
1. Garnish: graham cracker dust rim using maple syrup.
2. Glassware: coupe
3. Place all ingredients into a shaker with no ice shake vigorously strain into a coupe glass with maple graham
cracker rim.
