House Blend Coffee

• 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

• Optional: pinch of cinnamon or cinnamon stick for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Pull your shots: Brew the espresso into a large mug.

2. Sweeten: Stir in the brown sugar until fully dissolved.

3. Steam and froth milk: Use your steam wand to heat and froth the milk

until creamy and foamy.

4. Assemble: Pour the frothed milk over the espresso and sugar. Spoon foam

on top.

5. Garnish (optional): Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick for

extra flair.
